District Canopy

The teaching profession is in crisis. The combination of a rising population and aging baby boomers, means we need more teachers than ever. But enrollment in education programs is nearing all-time lows and teachers in the classroom are more dissatisfied than ever. 

Borrowing from countries like SIngapore and Switzerland, this Canopy program focuses on systemic level strategies to both attract more teachers to your district and make teaching in your schools a more desirable and sustainable profession.  

This is a collaborative process that emphasizes buy-in from the business community, and local government and universities. Ultimately, it involves rethinking how priorities are reinforced through resources and building customized structures to transform what it means to work in education.
